Zotero is a Firefox web browser add-on for storing and managing references (a bibliography manager).
There is also a corollary website that allows users to form groups for sharing references.

http://www.zotero.org/

You'll want to first install the Firefox web browser

Visit the Zotero website and click the red Download button to install the add-on in your firefox web browser.
You'll need to restart the browser to enable it.

You'll see a 'zotero' icon on the bottom right corner of your browser after you restart.
Click that to explore the bibliography manager.

See the Zotero website and its support section for videos and tutorials on using Zotero: how to save or enter references, how to create a bibliography in APA format for a document, etc.

In general though, look for the envelope icon in the url bar to quickly add references to your zotero collection.
Or, search for links that mention bibtex or endnote or 'download citation' to quickly add a citation to your zotero collection.

One last thing to try out is to join our class zotero detools group
where I and you all can share references related to distance education. I've already posted some there and will continue to do so.
